- 3.1. The subject of the Public Flackness is the implementation of a check consisting in the development of project and costing documentation and the preparation and obtaining of necessary documents provided for in terms of regulations to obtain permission to perform the task entitled: Reconstruction of municipal vibrations ul. Podlenejand Myszkowicka in Włicz, Peniene of author's supervision during the implementation of the abovementioned Investments. As part of the investment task, the road reconstruction on the section with a distance is about: 1.9 km. 3.2. Design documentation should be of: 1) documents indicated in the 4th Regulation of the Minister of Developmentand technology of December 20, 2021 on a detailed scope and form of project documentation, technical specifications for the implementation and receipt of construction and functional and usage program, i.e. a) a construction project in terms of taking into account the specifics of construction, made in accordance withfrom the ordinance of the Minister of Development of 11 WIRZEK 2020 on a detailed scope and form of a construction project; b) the executive project to the extent referred to in the 5th regulation; c) the bill of quantities to the extent referred to in 6Ordinances ...
