1. The subject of the contract is the development of project documentation with supervisionoriginal and obtaining the necessary administrative decisions enabling construction works for the investment task entitled "Reconstruction of the tram infrastructure in Aleja Haller at the intersection of Zwycięstwa Street - Hallera and on the inter -zloty section from Aleja Zwycięstwa to the streetClinical in Gdańsk. "
2. The scope of the order includes author's supervision and all works and activities necessary for the performance of the task and used to obtain a positive administrative decision, including the following elements:
a) developing multi -branch construction projects (divided into PZT, PAB,Fri) with the required arrangements necessary to obtain an administrative decision enabling the implementation of works (notification, building permit) and obtaining the required administrative decision,
b) developing executive projects divided into individual industries,
c) development of bill of quantitiesworks,
d) developing investor cost estimates,
e) developing a collective statement of costs,
f) developing technical specifications for the implementation and acceptance of works,
g) developing a map for design purposes together with registration in the appropriate center of geodetic and cartographic documentation,obtaining
excerpts and extract from the land register,
