The subject of the contract is to develop two projects in accordance with the applicable construction law, Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021. on the detailed scope and form of project documentation, technical specifications for the implementation and acceptance of construction works as well as a functional and utility program (project documentation covering the development project area, architectural and construction and technical) for construction:
• Sanitary sewage network with connections in Poznań as part of the task Inwestycyjne 5-05-20-086-1 Preparation of project documentation for the construction of sanitary sewage system in the area of ul. Porzycka and Głowicka in Poznań with with obtaining a final decision of the building permit/ notification of construction works along with obtaining a certificate of lack of grounds for an objection to the architectural and building administration authority accepting the application or performing other construction works appropriate for the task (Aquanet S.A. allows obtaining a building permit in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form remains to the contractor's decision)
