- 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation by the Contractor of key tasks under the project titled: "Development of public e-services for residents of the Koźmin Wielkopolski commune."
2. For the works referred to in section 1 consists of the following tasks:
1) Modernization of the electronic public services system in scope:
a) Communication interface for recipients of e-services, including a mobile application,
b) Field system in the area of local taxes,
c) Field system for managing and executing fees,
d) Electronic document circulation system (document management and correspondence),
e) Sharing system information on budget implementation and organizing the financial and accounting system,
2) Adaptation of the current work environment to the modernized system of electronic public services in the scope of:
a) Reporting and analytical system,
b) HR and payroll,
3) Training for employees in the following areas:
a) a modernized system of electronic public services,
b) cybersecurity closely related to modernized systems and newly implemented systems,
3. As part of the implementation of the subject matter of the Agreement, the Contractor is obliged in particular to:
1) preparing the implementation of software and functionalities indicated in section 2 point 1,
2) delivery and installation of software;
3) software configuration and functionality indicated in section 2 point 1;
