A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the construction of a construction robot as part of the task. Development of public spaces in the center of the village of Wysociące.2. The scope of the contract includes, among others :- Earth and preparatory works, - execution of paving paving and granite cobblestones along with recovery, - edge assembly, - execution of gravel surfaces together with recovery, - assembly of small architecture elements, - planting and device Green areas. The order of the order was in a detailed manner described in Annex 1 to the SWWZ description of the subject of the order ", design documentation and sequences of works. Conditions for the contract are contained in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor granted a guarantee of Irękojmi's quality for defects for construction works for a period not less than 36 months and not longer than 60 months, including materials and devices applied.
