It is necessary to order documentation to update the protection plan for the Natura 2000 Piotrowo PLH220091 area results from art. 31 of the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1478, as amended): The Regional Director of Environmental Protection draws and transfers to the GeneralEnvironmental Protection Director, at least every 6 years, assessing the implementation of the objectives of Natura 2000 areas containing, in particular, information on the state of protection of Natura 2000 areas protection items, the protective actions taken and the impact of these actions on the state of protection of objectsNatura 2000 protection, as well as the assessment of the validity of the protection plan. Ordinance of the Regional Director of Environmental Protection in Gdańsk of 26 May 2014 on the establishment of a protective task plan for the Natura 2000 Piotrowo PLH220091 area (Journal of Laws of Pom. Pom.d.) It already requires update.
The above justifies the implementation by the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Gdańsk (hereinafter RDOŚ in Gdańsk) of the PZO3 project, which, according to the information received from GDOŚ (e-mail of February 14, 20125), was selected for financing at FENX.01.05-IW.01-0106/24.Within 60 days, a funding agreement will be concluded, but the implementation of the project also results from the pre-final concluded between IW (NFOŚ) and GDOŚ of 1/08/2024 and the RDOŚ-GDOŚ agreement and the authorization of RDOŚ in Gdańsk to incur eligible expenditure.
