It is necessary to order documentation to a plan of protective tasks for 3 Natura 2000 areas (Tank at Orunia PLH220106, Puck Bay and Hel Peninsula PLH220032, Ostoja at the mouth of Wisła PLH220044) and documentation for updating the plans of protective tasks for 2 Natura 2000 areas (bunker in Oliwa PLH220055,Piaśnickie Łąki PLH220021) results from art. 28 para. 1 and art. 31 of the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1478, as amended): for the Natura 2000 area, supervising the area, it draws up a draft protective task plan, taking into account the objectives of the area of the area. FirstThe project is prepared within 6 years from the date of approval of the area by the European Commission as an area of importance for the community or from the date of designation of the special bird protection area and the Regional Environmental Protection Director prepares and transfers to the General Protection DirectorEnvironment, at least every 6 years, assessment of the implementation of the objectives of Natura 2000 areas containing, in particular, information on the state of protection of Natura 2000 areas protection items, the protective actions taken and the impact of these activities on the state of protection of areas protection itemsNatura 2000, as well as the assessment of the validity of the protection plan for the protective task.
