- Part I - Development of a simplified forest management plan - Skowa Commune. In accordance with the title, the subject of this order is the development of simplified forest management plans for forests owned by natural persons located in the Skowa Commune for the years 2027 2036 with the execution of the necessary documents in the event that the Regional Directorate in Krakow determines the need to conduct an environmental impact assessment and in the implementation standard in accordance with Order No. 37 of the Director General of State Forests sign ZU.6007.3.2020 of June 26, 2020 on the allocation of funds related to the forest fund for the preparation of simplified forest management plans referred to in Art. 21 section 1 point 2 of the Forest Act. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the basics formal and legal provisions (law provisions) and guidelines are included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the Draft Provisions of the Contract, Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
