Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Development of simplified forest management plans for forests not owned by the State Treasury (hereinafter referred to as UPUL), belonging to natural persons and land communities, located in the Ostroda County within the registration areas, in the scope of: Part 1 Commune Dbrwno, Grunwald Commune - the area of forests not owned by the State Treasury is 1,056.6358 ha (+/- 10%). The land is located in 2 communes, 41 districts and 766 plots, in accordance with the provisions of 3 SWZ, the draft contract (annex no. 3a to SWZ) and the description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) constituting Appendix No. 4 to SWZ. The current UPUL is valid until December 20262. The subject of the order in particular includes: 1) Development of simplified plans for the management of forests not owned by the State Treasury, belonging to natural persons, in accordance with the above-mentioned list of forests covered by the subject of the order, Act of September 28 1991 on forests (Journal of Laws 2024.530, i.e. of 2024/04/09) and the implementing acts issued to this Act, in particular in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of the Environment of November 12, 2012. regarding detailed conditions and procedure sport...
