Description: The study should contain:
(a) the analysis of the suitability of the object for further use and the assessment whether the object is fulfilled correctly qualified as a flood embankment and performs its role and is a building within the meaning of construction law;
(b) the control of technical condition of flood shafts should be covered by: body and substrate, blanking, accompanying buildings;
c) Control should take into account hydrological conditions, assessment of the state of Międzymala (across the entire width) and collapse (in the immediate vicinity of the shaft, i.e. 3 m from the foot of the shaft), studies of the substrate and shaft body, calculation of filtration and stability and assessment of the condition of hydrotechnical structures related to embankment;
(d) recommendations for the necessary repairs, reinforcements along with a description of the method of performing these repairs and the estimated cost;
