Description:
The subject of the contract is the performance of municipal waste management services from the Gryfino commune - collected from uninhabited owners - the "unsorted (mixed) municipal waste" fraction " - with code 20 03 01.
Transport of waste from a transhipment point located within the Gryfino-Wschod municipal waste landfill (Journal
and the related costs of delivery of waste to the waste management system are on the part of the contractor.
The Contractor is obliged to develop from the contracting authority waste, constituting the subject of the contract under a contract in a municipal installation, in accordance with art. 29a para. 1 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste.
The contractor conducting municipal installations referred to in art. 35 para. 6 point 1 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023 item 1587) are obliged to provide the Employer with information about the waste provided to them, which they submitted to the process of preparing for re -use, recycling or provided to another waste holder, in accordance with art. 9oa of the Act of September 13, 1996
About maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733).
In order to determine the value of the contract, the Employer indicates the expected/estimated amount of waste for development by the Contractor during the period covered by these proceedings - 2050 mg.
