Description:
1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of furnished and unorganized urban greenery and planting supplementation.
2. Subject of the contract:
1) Performing seasonal flower beds and their care;
2) Preparation of flower towers for summer filling, planting with flowers
andtheir care;
3) maintenance and care of urban pots;
4) performing perennial and/ or decorative grass discounts and their care;
5) performing and their care;
6) planting deciduous and coniferous trees as needed and their care;
7) planting of shrubsdeciduous and coniferous and their care; The Contractor undertakes to perform services constituting the subject of the contract in accordance with the principles of gardening knowledge, applicable provisions in the field of environmental protection, with due diligence andwith the participation of appropriate equipment, as well as to follow the indications and recommendations of the Employer.
4. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in the contract template and description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting attachments to SWZ. The contractor is obliged to read the SWZ and its attachments and realizeOrder on the principles and conditions described in them. The subject of the contract includes the provision of furnished and unrealized urban greenery and planting supplementation.
