Description:
The subject of the plan is to develop a vocational education strategy in the voivodship, including: 1) Pogbone diagnosis - a comprehensive analysis of the state and prospects for the development of vocational training in the region, taking into account: a) assessments of potential, problems and needs in this area, b) data statement togetherwith conclusions and the main challenges for individual thematic areas, c) SWOT analyzes specifying the strong and SAB pages of the vocational training system as well as opportunities and threats resulting from the social and economic environment. 2) vision, mission and goals of the strategy determined on the basis of the results of the diagnosis and the following: a)vision and mission, b) strategic and operational purposes, c) key directions for the development of vocational training, d) proposals for Sucy's implemented customs. 3) monitoring system of mechanisms and ranges allowing postpw assessments in the implementation of the strategy and adapting it to changing conditions 4)Implementation system proposal of the strategy implementation structure, including the definition of entities responsible for its implementation and recommended tools and instruments supporting effective implementation.Flackness ...
