Description:
4.4. The subject of the contract is:
4.4.1. The service of the waste management of the pszok, municipal waste collected by PIUK on the basis of concluded contracts and waste generated during mechanical and biological waste processing in the composting plant;
4.4.2. The service of transport and developmentmunicipal waste adopted at PSZOK.
4.5. The contractor is obliged to have appropriate entries and permits in the entire period of the contract.Requirements specified in applicable law, including
in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of June 16, 2009 on occupational health and safety at municipal waste management (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 104, item 868) and their changes,
4.6.2. Protect with means of transport and potentialpassenger permanent, continuous
and trouble -free provision of waste collection and management services,
4.6.3. Keep operations in a way that does not cause a threat to the life and health of residents, pollution of export routes, noise and pollination, as well as damage to technical infrastructure,
4.6.4.containers for collecting waste in the amount indicated in the description
