The subject of the contract is the development of a project in accordance with applicable construction law, Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021. on the detailed scope and form of project documentation, technical specifications for the implementation and acceptance of construction works as well as a functional and utility program (project documentation covering the development project area, architectural and construction and technical) for:
• Construction/replacement of the water supply network with connections-investment task No. 3-05-17-196-0 "Poznań-water supply network at the Wola housing estate, stage I" along with obtaining a final decision of the building permit for construction works issued by architectural and building administration body for the task in question
• Construction/replacement of the water supply network with connections-investment task No. 3-05-19-092-0 "Poznań-water supply network at the Wola housing estate, stage II" along with obtaining a final decision of the permit for the construction of works construction issued by the architectural and construction administration body for the task in question
and
Performing author's supervision in the phase of implementation of works performed on the basis of documentation constituting the subject of the contract from the date of the contract with the contractor of construction works to sign final acceptance protocol of these works.
