Description:
Implementation in the "design and build" formula of the task entitled: "Development of the western industrial zone in Piła, including the Piła-Airport industrial park", which consists of:
1) Reconstruction of the section of al. Wojska Polskiego (provincial road No. 179) to the roundabout intersection with the inclusion of the collector road under constructionalong the airport;
2) Construction of a collective road along the airport, 1.963 km long;
3) Construction of a water supply network, 1.97 km long;
4) Construction of a sanitary sewage network, 2.74 km long (including: pressure sewage system, length 1, 6 km, gravity sewage system 1.14 km long) along the planned collective road
in accordance with the Functional-Utility Program (PFU) constituting, together with other documents, Annex No. 11 to the SWZ,
in the following scope: execution of construction, executive, technical and industry designs resulting from the FUP, bills of quantities, calculations of costs necessary to preparedocuments for individual fixed assets, preparation of missing technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (additional, which were not developed at the FUP stage) along with the execution of construction works.
As part of the development of design documentation, the Contractor's duties include:
a)not all necessary, necessary technical conditions (other than those obtained at the FUP stage), opinions, arrangements, permits required by special regulations (e.g. decisions on environmental conditions, etc.),
b) obtaining final permit decisions for the implementation of a road investment for...
