- 1. The subject of the contract is the development/acceptance service for waste utilization resulting during the sweeping of the road road.
2. The subject of the contract It includes successive reception and development, in accordance with applicable regulations (in particular with the terms of the Act of 14 December 2012. o waste - Dz. U. of 2023, item 1587, 1597, 1688, 1852, 2029, from 2024 item 1834, 1911, 1914) including:
1) waste with code 20 03 03 - waste from cleaning streets and squares, created in the course of implementation by the Road and Greenery Board in Gdynia, a statutory task, which is the summer cleaning of roads in the road To the Gdynia commune. Summer cleaning involves mechanical sweeping of roads, parking lots, maneuvering squares, which are in the maintenance of the summer and winter road maintenance department, and the waste transmitted by the contracting authority comes from their purification in the city of Gdynia.
2) waste with code 16 01 19 - Plastics, which are remains of the roads used during sweeping the road to the forces of their own brushes for sweeping street.
3. Coastal order of the order: for waste with code 20 03 03 - waste from cleaning streets and squares 6000 mg (ton).
4. Total total size Orders for waste with code 16 01 19 - plastics - 36mg (ton).
