Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of medical products, medical devices, dietary foods for special medical purpose to the University Hospital in Krakow.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1A to SWZ (price sheet).
This description should be read Along with any changes in SWZ content, which is, for example, the result of answers to the questions of contractors.
