DFP.271.216.2025.LS - Delivery of reagents and consumables along with the lease of the apparatus and station water treatment for the Department of Biochemical and Molecular Diagnostics at the University Hospital in Krakow.
The subject of the order is the supply of reagents and consumables along with the lease of an apparatus and a water treatment plant for the Department of Biochemical and Molecular Diagnostics of the Hospital. University in Krakow. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the SWZ together with the annexes. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. resulting from answers to contractors' inquiries.
Part 1
1.Determinations of tuberculosis (infection with Mycobacterium bacteria tuberculosis) by the gamma interferon generation method - 28,000 determinations;
2.25 OH Vitamin D TOTAL - 200 tests;
3.1.25 Dihydroxyvitamin D - 3,000 tests;
4.1-84 PTH - 100 markings;
5.Aldosterone - 100 determinations;
6.Renin - 100 markings;
7. Tubes for collecting material for the detection of tuberculosis (infection Mycobacterium tuberculosis) by the gamma interferon generation method - 7,500 determinations;
8. Lease (1 set): analyzer and water treatment plant and computer (computer + monitor + mouse + keyboard) + UPS, printer, barcode reader with software for interpreting the results - for 36 months;
