• Tenders are invited for Purchase of materials: Dia80 grinding wheel for Rossi & Kramer PEG-125 hand grinder
  
  Pkp broad-gauge metallurgical line sp.z o.o. in Zamosc, he asks to send a price offer for the delivery of the products mentioned in the subject of the proceedings.
  
  by joining the procedure, the tenderer accepts the following conditions:
  1. The unit price includes transportation costs.
  2. the period of validity of the offer is 30 days from the date of completion of the procedure.
  3.delivery required to the following address:

  4. the quantities are specified in the description of the "subject of the proceedings".

  6. the required payment term is 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice with the goods.
  7. the order form specifying the detailed conditions can be found in the "attachments" tab.
  8. the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure without giving any reason.
  9. submitting the offer constitutes acceptance of the conditions specified for this procedure.
  10. the person submitting the offer is obliged to present, together with the offer, documents enabling the assessment of the compliance of the offered item with the requirements of the contracting authority.
  11.The contracting authority requires that the offered items are brand new, original, unused and factory-packed.
  12.By accepting the order for execution, the tenderer confirms that he does not break, circumvent or facilitate the violation of sanctions, understood as economic sanctions, legal provisions, trade embargoes, prohibitions, decisions, orders and other acts and activities that have been introduced, imposed or performed by competent bodies and structures of competent organizations and authorities, including the United Nations, the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Member States of the European Union and the European Economic Area, the United States of North America, and other entities of a similar nature in connection with restrictive measures in with regard to actions which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, or concerning restrictive measures in connection with the situation in Belarus and the participation of Belarus in Russias aggression against Ukraine. also undertakes to inform pkp lhs sp.z o.o. of any change in their status to which the declaration relates.
  13. After the evaluation of the bids, the contracting authority will inform the seller who submitted the most advantageous non-rejection bid about the need to submit a declaration - attached as an attachment, signed in accordance with the representation.
