- 1. The Contractor will deliver, using its own transport, at its own expense and risk, diesel fuel successively to the needs of the Ordering Party, with frequency ensuring continuous refueling of the Ordering Party's employees. The estimated total amount of diesel oil is 25,000 l. Supplies of diesel oil to the tank located in Raciborz at ul. 1 Maja 3, will be held on working days from 7.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. The Contractor is obliged to inform the Ordering Party about the planned delivery at least 24 hours in advance (notification on business days). Each refueling from the Contractor's tanker to the tank and container of the arbitration sample will be took place in the presence of an employee of the Ordering Party.2. At its own expense, in the presence of an employee of the Ordering Party, the Contractor will connect the tank located on the premises of the Ordering Party, in Raciborz at ul. 1 Maja 3, distribution system for cashless refueling using an electronic refueling record system (including device calibration) and a fuel heating system ensuring the correct fuel temperature.
