Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of approximately 140,000 liters of diesel oil (ON), in cycles of approximately 12,000 liters of diesel oil per month, to a tank with a capacity of 4,000 - 6,000 liters, located in the area indicated by the Ordering Party. (area of the sewage treatment plant, Lubomyle 55). The given quantity of the subject of the order is an estimate based on fuel consumption in 2024 and 2025, therefore they may change. The scope of changes is expected to be +/- 10%. Regardless of the amount of fuel purchased in relation to the estimated quantity, the Contractor will not be entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party for failure to perform the contract. The subject of the order should meet the quality requirements specified in the provisions of generally applicable law, in in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) and the requirements specified in the PN-EN 590:2022-08 standard.
