• Description:
• 2.1. The subject of the order is the purchase of diesel oil for buses and delivery to the garage gas station in Czołów, at ul. Kórnicka 1, in a total amount of 1,020,000 liters of diesel fuel B7 (1,020 m3 of diesel fuel). 2.2. The fuel purchased by the Ordering Party will be used for: only for personal use. 2.3. The Ordering Party has an above-ground tank with a capacity of 20,000. liters. The Ordering Party will accept deliveries from Monday to Friday from: from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. 2.4. The Ordering Party will apply the reverse procedure - in accordance with Art. 139 uPzp 2.5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase the basic volume of diesel B7 up to 30%, i.e. by 306,000 l (306 m3 of diesel) under the option right, on the terms presented in the contractor's offer, taking into account the provisions of the contract (including changes). The law of options should be understood as an entitlement, not an obligation, of the ordering party. The exercise of the option right may, but does not have to, take place, depending on the customer's needs and as a result of his instructions in this regard. In the event of increased needs of the Ordering Party for diesel oil, he may exercise his option right by submitting an appropriate declaration of will to the Contractor in this respect.
