- 1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of Diesel Oil by the Contractor's transport in the following grades: summer, transitional and winter, meeting the relevant Polish Standards in this respect.2. Diesel oil should meet the quality requirements specified in the Regulation Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels. The technical and chemical parameters of the supplied fuels cannot be worse than those specified in the annexes to the above-mentioned regulation, and the supplied fuel must be compliant on the date of delivery with the currently applicable Polish Standards and legal provisions in this regard.3. The fuel will be delivered by the Contractor to the fuel storage tank (distributor) of the Ordering Party using road tanker trucks meeting the requirements of requirements specified in the applicable Act of August 19, 2011 on the transport of dangerous goods, including, among others, a legalized measurement installation.4.
