Description:
1) The subject of the order is the supply of a digital microscope specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ,
2) The scope of the order includes: delivery of the device along with unloading, bringing it to the place indicated by the Ordering Party as well as installation of the device, commissioning, testing and inclusion in the operation, as well as training of the Ordering Party's employees in the theory, use and operation of the device. (The Contractor will provide training in basic operation of the device, for at least 3 people, after installation of the device, at the date and place indicated by the Ordering Party). The Contractor is obliged to provide free authorized warranty service of the device.
3) A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
4) Completion date orders: up to 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

6) Required minimum warranty period: 24 months;
7) Detailed terms of order execution and payment terms are included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
8) Changes to the provisions of the concluded Agreement in relation to the content of the offer on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, resulting from the provisions of Art. 455 section 1 point 1) of the Public Procurement Law may occur in the circumstances provided for in par. 10 section 2 of the contract template (Annex No. 3 to the SWZ)
9) The contractor may submit only one offer in the scope of this procedure;
