Description:
1. The subject of the order is the investment "Digital transformation of health care in Szpital w Szczecinek sp. z o. o. - part 1 financed under the D1.1.2 project of digital transformation processes of health care through further development of digital health care health". Due to the lack of a signed subsidy agreement, the Ordering Party, in accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, envisages invalidation of the procedure if public funds are not transferred. 2.
