- Task name: "Digital transformation of the Tomaszów health center - modern technologies for safety and better patient service - integration and expansion of the healthcare provider's IT systems" 1.Purchase of server and matrix equipment, applications and services affecting the development of the hospital's IT systems - a detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex 1. 2. The subject of the order is part of the project called "Digital transformation of the Tomaszów Health Center - Modern technologies for safety and better service for patients" submitted in the competitive recruitment No. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-001/25. It is planned that the project will be supported by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system", Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" 3. In the event of failure to grant support from the National Plan Reconstruction and Resilience to cover expenses for the implementation of the project titled: "Digital transformation of the Tomaszów Health Center - Modern technologies for safety and better patient service", the Ordering Party will invalidate the procedure for pursuant to Article 257 point 1) of the Public Procurement Law. 4.
