- "Digitization and sharing of data through the delivery and implementation of a GIS spatial information system in the Zbrosławice Commune" The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of a GIS spatial information system in Zbrosławice, along with employee training and system administrators. A detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as SOPZ) is included in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party indicates that for the task in question it has submitted an application for funding under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 (European Regional Development Fund) for Measure FESL01.04 - Digitization of public administration. The Ordering Party indicates that the implementation of the task is not dependent on receiving funding. Order type: Supplies Note: The order is specific mixed and includes both services and deliveries. Due to the value of the order, deliveries were assumed as the type of order. Due to the fact that the order is being carried out for two Ordering Parties, a detailed description of the tasks dedicated to each units was specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ entitled Detailed description of the subject of the order. Due to the fact that the activities performed by persons during the execution of the order do not exhaust the concept of employment relationship, the Ordering Party does not provide for this requirement employment of people under an employment contract The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of a GIS spatial information system in Zbrosławice, together with the training of employees and system administrators and the granting of a license...
