Description:
1. The subject of the order is financed by the European Funds for Podlaskie Program 2021-2027, Priority FEPK.01 Competitive and Digital Economy, Measure FEPK.01.02 Digitization.
2. The order includes the delivery and implementation of a stationary water meter reading system based on radio transmission, along with the delivery of the necessary software, granting a software license, system launch and integration with the ZSI billing module. The provided system is intended to standardize and improve the process of reading water meters and introduce the process of calculating fees for consumed water. and discharged sewage on a monthly basis for all recipients. The implementation of the system will reduce the need to enter the recipient's property each time to read the water meter level, which will reduce errors caused by the human factor. The stationary water meter reading system will allow to generate water consumption charts and detect leaks at customers.
3. Scope of the order:
1) delivery of 2,946 radio overlays for water meters along with the necessary infrastructure for data transmission;
2) installation of 2,946 radio overlays for water meters along with the necessary infrastructure for data transmission;
3) license for a stationary water meter reading system.
