1. The subject of the order is the digitization of selected collections of the Elbląg Library. C. Norwid (PL-Ep) as part of the project "Polish musical culture in a European perspective - sources and contexts", which will cover a collection of rare music prints in the amount of 46,544 pages (estimated value). They include co-bound items, held together in antique bindings (often difficult to repair). full opening). The collections are stored in various types of files and folders. The size of the materials when unfolded may exceed A2 format. Musical prints date from the 18th to the 20th century. Digitization should be carried out in accordance with the rules applicable to this type of material. Digitization will take place in a place designated by the Ordering Party; it is not possible to remove materials from the owner's premises. The digitization service covers 995 items of music prints with a total estimated number of 46,544 pages.
