Description:
1. The subject of the order are digitization services of archival materials as part of the project "Increasing digital accessibility and improving cybersecurity in Mielec County".
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the minimum requirements regarding the subject of the order, is included in the Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
95 section 1 of the Act, requires the Contractor to employ, under an employment contract, all persons performing activities related to the implementation of the subject of the order regarding digitization activities, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465 and of 2024, items 878 and 1222). Method of verifying the employment of these people and the Ordering Party's rights to control compliance by the Contractor, the requirements related to the employment of these people and the sanctions for failure to meet these requirements are specified in the contract template constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
