Description:
1. The subject of the order is the digitization of source materials from the district geodetic and cartographic resources: land registers and indexes, land ownership deeds and entitlement files of the Baranw Sandomierski commune, land ownership deeds and entitlement files of the Grbw commune, and the creation of a database scanned documents, divided into work stages.2. The order includes in particular: a) Stage I - will include the work specified in Chapter I, point 3, letters a and b, scanning and archiving of land registers and indexes of registration units (number of registration units 11,615) Baranw commune Sandomierski, scanning and archiving of land ownership deeds and enfranchisement files (number of AWZ 6696) Baranw Sandomierski commune (Appendix No. 8 to SWZ),b) Stage II - will include the work specified in Chapter I, point 3, letter c, scanning and archiving of land deeds and enfranchisement files (number AWZ 8150) Grbw commune (Appendix No. 8 to SWZ), c) Stage III - will include supplementing the existing database with data from the ownership documentation and registers grunt
