Description:
1. The subject of the order is classified according to the common procurement dictionary under the CPV code: 79710000-4 security services, no. PKWiU 80.20.10.0 Security services in the field of security systems. 2. The subject of the Order is the provision to the Ordering Party of assistance of security staff permanent service: direct physical protection of people and property on the premises of the European Art Center. Fryderyk Chopin in Sanniki (palace, park with facilities, i.e. band shell, sports fields and all other facilities and devices located in the park). 3. Detailed conditions for providing protection are regulated by the Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws 2025, item 647, consolidated text). 4. The contractor is obliged to provide comprehensive supervision, protection and monitoring of the Palace facility along with the adjacent area and all buildings and devices located within it, located in Sanniki at ul.
