- Part I: "Delivery of 2 transformers with a power of 50MVA" Part II: "Delivery of 2 transformers with a power of 75MVA" Part III: "Delivery of 1 transformer with a power of 100MVA" The Subject of the Order includes direct supplies of transformers for BESS projects. Delivery includes construction of HV/MV transformers, their transport to locations indicated by the Ordering Party in the following voivodeships: Lubuskie, Wielkopolskie, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, unloading, relocation and placement of transformers at positions or places foundations previously prepared by the EPC contractor (General Contractor in the EPC formula - Engineering, Procurement, Construction) or another entity acting on behalf of the Ordering Party, providing the required technical, quality and operational, conducting FAT factory tests, providing instructions for transport, unloading, storage, connections and external, connection, integration and commissioning activities and providing technical support and supervision technological supervision over connection, integration and commissioning activities carried out by the EPC contractor or another entity commissioned by the Ordering Party. The Supplier is also obliged to perform, after delivery, unloading, relocation and location of the control transformer and appropriate measurements and tests confirming that there was no damage to the transformer or deterioration of its technical condition during transport and handling activities. ...
