Description:
The subject of the order is: disinfection, disinfestation, rodent control services, constant monitoring of pest occurrence based on the assumptions of the HACCP system and constant monitoring of disinfestation and rodent control. Code of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 90921000-9 Services disinfection and disinfestation of buildings, 90922000-6 Pest control services, 90923000-3 Rat removal services. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annexes No. 1, 1.1. and No. 6 to SWZ, i.e.: Offer form with Price Specification and Designed provisions of the contract. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Justification for the lack of division into parts: homogeneous service, for organizational reasons it is required to award the order to one Contractor. The Ordering Party requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor of at least 2 (two) people under an employment contract performing activities related to the implementation of the subject of the order, i.e. disinfection, disinfestation and rodent control, constant monitoring of the occurrence of pests based on the assumptions of the HACCP system and constant monitoring of disinfestation and rodent control, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in a specified manner...
