Description:
Request for quotation are invited for Dismantling Green House and Assembling a New Garden Shed at Mokotow District of Warsaw, Poland. The American Embassy has a requirement for firms to: - disassemble an existing greenhouse (ca.20 sqm.), so that it can be reassembled after disconnecting the water and electricity intake; - disposal of old greenhouse elements, - installation of the new shed (ca.16 sqm., provided by the Embassy), impregnation and painting. at the property located in Mokotow district of Warsaw. The project requires a qualified contractor to perform electrical, masonry and plumbing work according to US and local standard industry practices. This is one-time type of contract with firm-fixed price. The total value is estimated below $25,000. Project needs to be completed by May 31, 2023. All firms that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their proposal: · Be able to understand written and spoken English; · Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing; · Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work; · Have all licenses and permits required by local law; · Meet all local insurance requirements; · Have no adverse criminal record; · Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interests of the United States; · Have good experience and past performance records; and, · Identify technical competence required to complete the construction work in accordance with this solicitation.
