- 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of disposable articles and medical equipment.
2. The Contractor may only offer products that have been allowed to trading and use in accordance with the requirements of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices - declaration of compliance with CE or entry to the register of medical devices.
3. The subject of the contract was divided into the following packages:

Package 2 - Clothing and medical bedding
Package 3 - foundations
Package 4 - papers and electrodes
Package 5 - Medical accessories
Package 6 - mammal inserts, vomit container
Package 7 - clips titanium
Package 8 - respiratory system, anesthetic masks, laryngoscope spoons, pipes
Package 9 - filters
Package 10 - a sight for an otoscope, a thermometer hoods
Package 11 - Quick Combo electrodes
Package 12 - Aluminum finger rails
Package 13 - electrode
Package 14 - hand bands
Package 15 - cleaner to the tools
