Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of a disposable assortment for General and Bariatric Surgery in the assortments and quantities specified in the price form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract constitutingAppendix No. 4 to this SWZ.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract:
Task 1: Supply of gastric balloons for the treatment of obesity and disposable kits for removing the balloon;
Task 2: Supply of surgical anoscopes;
Task 3: Supply of laparoscopic staplers;
Task 4: Enoughproduction of tools for the vessel closure system;
Task 5: Deliveries of esophageal prosthetic sets;
Task 6: Deliveries of double-tip suction/irrigation sets;
Task 7: Deliveries of laparoscopic extraction bags for morcellation
in accordance with the detailed description of the subject, ordercontained in the Price Form constituting Appendix No. 2 to SWZ
