Description:
1. The subject and scope of the order is the removal of all hazardous waste illegally collected and stored on the property at ul. Koksowa 6B in Częstochowa, placed in various types of containers (including barrels of various capacities, Mausers, etc.) on area of the plot with registration number 2/705, district 302, identifier: 246401_1.0302.2/705, and subjecting them to final recovery or disposal processes appropriate to the properties of the Waste. The estimated amount of waste is approximately 1,400.00 Mg.
2. The above task is carried out based on for decision ref. no.: OŚR.6236.2.2024 of January 15, 2025. of the Mayor of Częstochowa, issued pursuant to Art. 26a section 1, section 2 point 3, section 3 - 5 of the Act of December 14, 2012. on waste, in connection with the need to take actions involving the removal and management of the Waste in question them
due to the threat they pose to human health and life and the environment.
3. A detailed description of the subject and scope of the order is specified in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
