Description:
1. The subject of the order is the execution on the terms described in the contract to be concluded between the Ordering Party and the Contractor, SWZ and in the Contractor's offer for waste disposal with codes 20 01 27* and 20 01 28 with a total indicative amount of approx. 81.5 Mg in the D 10 process or recovery in the R 1 process. Ordering Party will transfer the waste to the Contractor on the condition that the waste will be subjected only to the above-mentioned disposal or recovery processes. 2. Waste mentioned above. will be delivered by the Ordering Party for disposal or recovery to the Installation indicated by the Contractor or to a temporary storage place, the distance from the Ordering Party's headquarters to the place of delivery of this waste, taking into account logistic and environmental aspects, cannot be greater than 50 km.3. The Contractor will be obliged to provide the Ordering Party with replacement collective containers (Mausers, box pallets, etc.) for the waste delivered by him.4. The Contractor will accept Waste without limits on the number of shipments, their weight on a given day and taking into account the provisions of the contract (in particular paragraphs 2 and 3 section 1).
