Description:
1The contractor has been transmitted by the condition that this waste will be subjected to the extended reference or recovery processes. 2. Waste of the above BD provided by the Ordering Party for disposal or recovery to the installation indicated by the contractor or to the place of temporary storage,which the distance from the seat of the ordering to the place of delivery of these waste, take into account the logistics and pedigree aspects could not be more than 50 km. 3. The obligated contractor will be transferred to the Ordering Employer with collective containers (mausers, boxes, etc.) to the waste he provides. 4.The Contractor will take the waste without limit of transport, their weight on a given day and with taking into account the provision of the contract (in puppies 2 and 3 para.1)
