2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE COMPETITION
2.1 The subject of the competition is the development of an architectural and spatial concept for the construction of the District Police Headquarters facility in Ostrow Mazowiecka.
2.2 Information regarding the property on which the facility of the District Police Headquarters in Ostrow will be built Mazowiecka:
2.2.1 district 0001 Ostrow Mazowiecka, registration unit 141601_1 Ostrow Mazowiecka - urban commune number 3185/3 with an area of 1.1489 ha;
2.2.2 land and mortgage register number OSIM/00028871/7
2.3 The aim of the competition is to select the best competition entry regarding the concept referred to referred to in point 2.1 and the invitation pursuant to Art. 214 section 1 point 4 of the Act of its Author/Authors for negotiations under single-source procurement procedure, in order to award a contract, the subject of which will be:
2.3.1 preparation of full-discipline design and cost estimate documentation based on a given competition entry along with obtaining all opinions, arrangements and decisions;
