- Implementation of geodetic documentation for the division of real estate owned by the Treasury in perpetual usufruct of Polish State Railways S.A., constituting plots of land No. 177/5 with the area of 8,1598 ha and No. 177/6 with an area 1.3800 ha from precinct 0003 Gomunice, registration unit Gomunice, poviat Radomszczański, Łodź Voivodeship, for which the District Court in Radomsko keeps the land and mortgage register No. PT1R/00053203/6. The plots in question in accordance with Decision No. 14 of the Minister of Infrastructure of September 18, 2020 on the establishment of closed areas through which railway lines run (Dz. Office Min. Inf. Item 38 as amended) were considered a closed area, reserved due to the defense and security of the state, are located on the railway line No. 1 Warsaw Zachodnia - Katowice in a kilometer of 176.090 - 177.850 (regarding Journal of Laws No. 177/5) and in a kilometer of 176.630 - 177.090 (regarding Journal 177/6) z o.o., one plot for the internal road and one remaining in the current use - as a result of the festival four new plots will be built, while in Dzialwalki No. 177/6 precinct 0003 Gomunice aims to separate one plot constituting the loading point of Cargotor Sp. z o.o., and two plots for roadside - three new plots will be built as a result of the division.
