Description:
The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation and construction works related to the modernization of toilets, showers, dressing rooms, locker rooms, trainers' and physiotherapy rooms and some corridors in the SPODEK Sports and Entertainment Hall in Katowice. Scope of work design includes, among others: carrying out an inventory of existing installations (for design purposes), obtaining and verifying all data and information necessary to complete the project, developing design documentation in accordance with applicable legal regulations along with the preparation of electronic documentation in accordance with the terms of the contract, making inter-industry arrangements and coordination of project documentation, obtaining the required checks, arrangements, developments and approvals design documentation required by law, including arrangements with the Ordering Party that are necessary to carry out the work, preparing a concept for the modernization of the rooms and obtaining the approval of the Ordering Party and the Office of the Conservator of Monuments for the proposed solutions, arrangements with the fire appraiser (if necessary), consultations and implementation of conservation recommendations, arrangements...
