- DP 54078 Construction of an airport tower at the airport in ŚWIDWIN DP 54078 Construction of an airport tower at the airport in ŚWIDWIN The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation along with obtaining opinions, arrangements and decisions administrative tasks necessary to carry out construction works and providing author's supervision for task No. 54078 entitled "Construction of an airport tower" at the airport in Świdwin. The scope of the design documentation should include the construction of the airport tower usable area: approx. 2,769 m². The design documentation for the airport tower will include: • office and technical part and garage for vehicles, • necessary technical and accompanying infrastructure, •transfer of airport systems, Documentation the design should be developed on the basis of the Investment Program, taking into account optimal functional and utility, construction, material and cost solutions. Before starting design work, a local inspection of the area should be obtained conditions, opinions, expert opinions, reports, calculations and other documents necessary to develop complete design documentation. The design documentation should also be agreed on the location of the utility network (underground and aboveground) in the appropriate location. Project Documentation Reconciliation Team (ZUDP).
