• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order are dredging works in the years 2026-2028. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. An integral part of the description of the subject of the order are the fairway models constituting Annex No. 11 to SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party envisages employing people in the proceedings in question, referred to in Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law in the scope of works covered by the subject of the contract, including: persons performing assembly work on the transmission pipeline, machine operators construction workers and crew members of vessels. 3. The Ordering Party does not envisage the employment of persons referred to in Art. in the proceedings in question. 96 section 2 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law. Dredging works in 2026-2028 1. The subject of the order are works drawn in the years 2026-2028. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. An integral part of the description of the subject of the order are fairway models constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party provides in the subject matter employment procedures, referred to in Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act in the scope of works covered by the subject of the contract, including: persons performing assembly work on the transmission pipeline, operators of construction machines and crew members of units floating. 3. The Ordering Party does not envisage the employment of persons referred to in Art. in the proceedings in question. 96 section 2 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law.
