3.1 The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation together with obtaining a permit (permit to perform construction works) covering the reconstruction and maintenance of a drainage ditch along with the construction of a retention reservoir (retention and recreation) and the necessary infrastructure on plots no. 789/4, 789/3, 791, 790, 770/2, 765, 762/1, 771, 754/4, 762/2, 724/5, 669/81, 797/14, 797/15, 797/16 in Krzeczw 3.2 The task is carried out in DESIGN AND BUILD formula3.3 The detailed subject of the order includes: 1) preparation of complete design documentation along with the required arrangements provisions of the construction law, water law acts, nature protection acts and obtaining the final building permit or submitting the complete notification necessary to start construction works; 2) obtaining the final water law permit decision or submitting an effective notification water law;3) obtaining an environmental decision if required;4) developing a technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works as well as a bill of quantities and an investor cost estimate;5) performing construction and assembly works related to awakening...
