Description:
4.1. The subject of the fall is the delivery to the headquarters of the factory new agricultural cignic from approval, adapted to conducting driving lessons, from the year of production not earlier than 2024, with a 70-100 HP engine power, complete and free from construction, material defects, executive and legal, approved for trading in the Republic of Poland in accordance with the regulations, especially the provisions of the Act on vehicles of 5 January 2011 (Journal of Laws 201.124, i.e. in the case examination of OSB applying for the authority to drive vehicles, training, examination and obtaining authority by examiners and document design used in these matters (Journal of Laws 2023 item 2659); Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002. on technical conditions vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws 20124.502, i.e.) and the Act of 20 June 1997. Road traffic law (Journal of Laws 20124.1251, i.e.). 4.2. A detailed description of the subject of the skew freezing.
