Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery and payment of medicines in the assortment and quantities specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form.2. The offered subject of the order must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the Assortment and Quantity Form, and must be brand new. and ready for use as intended without making additional purchases.3. The offered subject of the order must be authorized for marketing and use as a medicinal product.4. The medicinal product that is the subject of the order should be understood as medicinal products within the meaning of the Law pharmaceuticals of 6 September 2001, OJ 2025.7505. The offered medicinal product must be authorized for marketing under the terms set out in Art. 3 or 4 section 1 and 2 or 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law.6. The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the order has a validity period of not less than 6 months from the day of its delivery.7. The Ordering Party allows for the delivery of the subject of the order with a shelf life shorter than 6 months only if the Contractor obtains the Ordering Party's consent.8.
