- The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medicines to the Ordering Party's hospital pharmacy. A detailed description of the subject of the order, requirements as well as estimated quantities and type of assortment are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ,
constituting also assortment and price forms. Item The order consists of 35 parts.
The draft provisions of the public procurement contract are included in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
Part No. 1
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medicines to the Ordering Party's hospital pharmacy. Detailed description of the subject of the order, requirements and the estimated quantities and type of assortment were specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which is also the assortment and price forms.
3. The subject of the order should be admitted to trading in the territory of Poland and have markings consistent with the description contained in legal acts:
- for a medicinal product in the Act of September 6, 2001, Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 750, as amended),
- for medical devices in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620).
4. The specified quantity in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ constitutes: estimated value, depending on the number of admitted patients, financial resources and the content of negotiated contracts with the National Health Fund.
